SF officers negotiate with barricaded person

A person was barricaded in a building in the Bayview District on Wednesday night, San Francisco police reported. Officer Carlos Manfredi said that the incident in the 1400 block of Underwood Avenue came as the result of a family dispute. He said around 10 p.m. that police were in communication with the barricaded person as they tried to reach a peaceful ending to the episode, which was first reported about an hour earlier.
