Las Cruces schools brace for bus driver strike

The Las Cruces Sun-News reports (http://bit.ly/1Uv9PnA ) that representatives of the Las Cruces Transportation Federation Local 6341 say negotiations broke down between the union and STS New Mexico, the private company that provides bus service for the district.

Las Cruces Superintendent Stan Rounds said at a news conference that the district is preparing for the worst-case scenario and will provide information to parents Thursday.
