Attention in Garcia case turns to dueling attorneys

(AP) — With trial set to start Monday in one of Omaha's most notorious crimes, attention has turned to the legal slugfest between prosecutors and the defense lawyers.

Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine filed a motion Wednesday seeking to remove the Chicago defense lawyers representing former doctor Anthony Garcia.
