Ex-casino official, patron plead not guilty to fraud charges
(AP) — A former northeastern Pennsylvania casino official and a patron accused of defrauding the casino out of more than $400,000 have pleaded not guilty to federal fraud, theft and money laundering charges.
State police said part of the server's job was to add free credits as incentives to player's casino cards, but they allege that she passed card and PIN number information to Pellegrini to make duplicates which he gave to Heltzel to use at slot machines.
