Man charged with participation in Oregon standoff arrested

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — One of the men facing charges for participating in the winter takeover of an Oregon national wildlife refuge has turned himself in to southern Utah police.

Cox is one of 26 people federal prosecutors have charged with participating in the 41-day occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in a protest over land policy.
