Ben Carson is cool to idea of Tubman on $20 bill

Not so fast, says former Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson.

The Treasury Department announced Wednesday that Tubman will be featured on a redesign of the $20 bill that moves President Andrew Jackson to the back of the bill.
