2 brothers who go to Ann Arbor school get perfect ACT scores

The Ann Arbor News (http://bit.ly/24NduQe ) reports Basil and Hamza Baccouche, who go to Ann Arbor's Pioneer High School, have each gotten a 36 composite score on the exam.
