No charges against fraternity president in sex assault case

(AP) — A prosecutor says charges no charges will be filed against a University of Nebraska-Lincoln fraternity president who was accused of tampering with witnesses in a sexual assault investigation.

Kubert was accused of telling fellow members not to talk to police about a sexual assault reported April 5 at the frat house.
