Man shot by police during drug bust gets 10 year sentence
TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — A New Jersey man who was shot in the arm while trying to evade police during a drug arrest has been sentenced to serve a decade in state prison on a drug charge.
The 25-year-old Pemberton man hit and injured two state troopers with a car while attempting to flee a July 2014 drug arrest in Mount Laurel, part of an undercover investigation known as "Operation Speed Racer."
