Comedian Louis C.K. announces tour with stop in Oakland

Comedian and actor Louis C.K., who is the creative mastermind behind television shows "Louie" and web series "Horace and Pete," is heading out on a national comedy tour, following last week's announcement of a handful of shows in New Jersey and Connecticut.
