Woman pleads to theft of dead man's Social Security benefits
(AP) — A 57-year-old Kingman woman could be sentenced to up to 12½ years in prison after pleading guilty in the theft of more than $50,000 of her dead boyfriend's Social Security benefits over a four-year period.
Chief Deputy County Attorney Jace Zack said authorities are waiting for toxicology test results to determine whether Killen should be charged in the death.
