Hearing resumes Tuesday for Mesa officer accused of murder

PHOENIX (AP) — A preliminary hearing for an Arizona police officer charged with murder in the shooting death of an unarmed man is entering its second day.

Brailsford's attorney says the decision could be reversed based on the comments from a defense witness who will resume his testimony Tuesday.
