Police: Driver of truck rollover had suspended license

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say the driver whose truck rolled over on the Tappan Zee Bridge, causing a major traffic jam, has been ticketed for driving with a suspended license.

The Journal News (http://lohud.us/1TkhgN6 ) says the tractor-trailer belonged to Kelman Transport LLC of Cohoes, New York.
