Suit: Teacher dismissed after reporting sexual assault

ST. LOUIS (AP) — An ex-teacher at a St. Louis-area school alleges in a lawsuit that she was dismissed after reporting that another employee was sexually assaulting her teenage daughter.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (http://bit.ly/1Ti8J9N ) is not naming the plaintiff in the St. Louis County lawsuit because it would identify the daughter, who is the alleged crime victim.
