Federal Election Commission questions Rush campaign spending

CHICAGO (AP) — The Federal Election Commission has questioned Chicago Democratic U.S. Rep. Bobby Rush's campaign about a campaign-finance report that showed thousands of dollars spent on vague categories.

The Chicago Tribune reports (http://trib.in/25aQk9Q ) the FEC in a letter sent Sunday asked Rush's campaign for more details about expenditures for "campaign visibility" and "services rendered."
