Lawyers for victim in teacher sex case withdraw from lawsuit

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Attorneys representing a teen and his parents in a federal lawsuit against the Davis School District for allegations that it failed to protect the boy from sex abuse by a teacher are withdrawing from the case.

The victim's father told The Standard-Examiner (http://bit.ly/27CzFuz) they plan to seek alternative legal counsel.
