3-star CB Je’Quari Godfrey commits to Cal

Je’Quari Godfrey has committed to the Cal football program, the three-star cornerback announced Saturday night on Twitter.

The 6-foot-2, 175-pound Godfrey had 20 tackles, including two for loss, four interceptions and three passes defended last season for Bishop O’Dowd in Oakland.

Godfrey, who received his Cal offer in February, chose the Bears over Hawaii, Boise State and Nevada, among others.
