U of Maryland police use pepper spray to break up grad party

COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) — Authorities say they're investigating after University of Maryland police officers used pepper spray to break up a graduation party.

University police say that as officers were trying to get students to leave, one officer was surrounded by a crowd in a hallway and used pepper spray.
