Ruling on concealed weapons keeps applications on hold

The San Diego sheriff says the 2,463 applicants applying under the looser restrictions won't be given a permit unless the U.S. Supreme Court overturns a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling Thursday.
