Ohio sheriff's deputy, 1 other shot; police seek gunman

DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (AP) — Authorities in Ohio searched early Friday morning for a suspect in an apartment complex shooting that left two people wounded including a sheriff's deputy.

The Warren County Sheriff's Office said a female deputy was shot while responding to report of a domestic situation at an apartment complex.

Helicopters and K-9 units were called to the scene to assist in the search for the alleged gunman, later identified as 19-year-old Mohammed Abdou Laghaoui.
