KTVU's Somerville shares email from rape survivor furious over letter from Stanford rapist's dad

A woman named Peggy emailed me this morning. She was raped 20 years ago. She is furious about the letter that was written by the father of that Stanford student who was just convicted of raping a young woman at a party.
