Rays acquire Oswaldo Arcia from Twins to bolster outfield

The Pirates also selected the contract of infielder/outfielder Adam Frazier from Triple-A Indianapolis, optioned catcher Jacob Stallings to Indy and designated right-hander Jorge Rondon and infielder Cole Figueroa for assignment.
