Tucson wrong-way driver arrested after injuring DPS trooper

Marana police say 53-year-old Karie Laflamme has been booked into Pima County Jail on suspicion of aggravated assault of a police officer and aggravated assault of a police officer with a weapon.

The vehicle stopped in the center median emergency lane and when a DPS trooper gave Laflamme multiple commands to exit the vehicle, she drove off and ran over the trooper's foot.
