Pueblo police ID man shot, critically injured by officers

Manzanares was wanted on two counts of felony contempt of court — one stemming from a robbery and the other for possession of a controlled substance.

The two officers who were involved have been placed on paid administrative leave, which is standard procedure after a police shooting.
