Olympia shelter to remain open after outpouring of donations

(AP) — An overnight shelter for homeless young adults in Olympia will stay open over the summer after raising more than $50,000 in one week.

The shelter, which has been full since opening in 2013, started an online fundraising campaign last week in hopes of keeping doors open.
