Woman, mother sentenced for $250K fraud against USDA

According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Norfolk, Virginia, Hall was sentenced to 15 months in prison and Almond was sentenced to a year.

According to court documents, Hall and Almond operated separate non-profits and submitted fraudulent claims to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
