Gov. Cuomo: New hotel a sign of Niagara Falls' resurgence

The Democratic governor says it's one of the largest projects in Niagara Falls in more than 40 years and a sign that the area's economy is improving.

The 128-room hotel will include meeting and banquet space along with room for retail.
