Federal judge recuses himself from murder-for-hire trial

The Blade newspaper reports (http://bit.ly/29BtJsI ) U.S. District Court Judge Jack Zouhary will no longer hear the case of 37-year-old Yahya Farooq Mohammad, who was indicted last week on several charges.

Mohammad has been charged with attempted first-degree murder of a federal officer, solicitation to commit a crime of violence, and use of interstate commerce facilities in the commission of murder for hire.
