Ex-high school teacher acquitted of sex assault charges
(AP) — A former Danbury High School science teacher accused of having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student has been acquitted of all charges.
The News-Times (http://bit.ly/29W1s4z ) reports that a Danbury jury found Kayla Mooney not guilty Tuesday of three counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of providing liquor to a minor.
