ConAgra Foods provides more details of planned spinoff

(AP) — ConAgra Foods is providing additional details about its plans to spin off its frozen potatoes business.

ConAgra filed documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday describing Lamb Weston's operations in detail, and it named the top executives who will lead the company after the split.
