Former teacher gets probation for sex with teenage student

ROSWELL, N.M. (AP) — A former Roswell High School teacher has been sentenced to probation after taking a plea deal on charges of having sex with a teenage student.

The Roswell Daily Record reports (http://bit.ly/29F3a8i ) that 24-year-old Kellie Hurst pleaded no contest to a felony charge of criminal sexual penetration.
