Man found injured on Des Moines street dies of injuries

Police say investigators have identified a suspect in the assault, but no charges had been filed by Wednesday afternoon.

Police say they are awaiting autopsy results, conducting interviews and consulting with the Polk County Attorney's Office before filing charges.
