Ethics panel: Miami chief's free concert tickets a violation

MIAMI (AP) — The Miami police chief has settled an ethics complaint after he accepted free tickets to a Marc Anthony concert last fall.

The Miami-Dade County ethics panel said in a news release Wednesday that Chief Rodolfo Llanes thought he didn't have to report the four tickets because they had a zero face value printed on them.
