The Latest: Police say Baltimore shooting was not an ambush

Baltimore's police commissioner says there is no evidence so far that a man who fired at four officers with an AR-15-style weapon had ambushed them.

The FBI sent a memo Thursday to law enforcement agencies throughout Maryland warning that members of a national gang had talked about ambushing police in the wake of last week's attack in Dallas.
