Ohio mayor, standup comedian set for first court appearance

Veteran stand-up comedian Drew Hastings was scheduled Monday to appear before former Summit County Common Pleas Judge Patricia Ann Cosgrove.

Hastings says he has done nothing wrong other than try to lead the city without the consent of the "established political structure."
