Officials: Man held after dumping oily substance on roadway

(AP) — Authorities say a man was taken into custody following reports that he dumped an oily substance along a roughly half-mile stretch of Washtenaw County roadway.

The Ann Arbor News reports (http://bit.ly/2au9Sfi ) the sheriff's department responded Monday morning to reports that the man was dumping an unknown substance in Superior Township.
