Jury selection continues in beating death trial of IU coed

(AP) — Jury selection is continuing for a man accused in the beating death of a 22-year-old Indiana University student last year.

The questions Monday focused on the reliability of DNA, the presumption of innocence, a defendant's right to not testify, the legal standard of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt and circumstantial evidence.
