3 suspects in polygamous food stamp fraud arrested again
ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) — Prosecutors say three suspects in a polygamous sect's food stamp fraud scheme were re-arrested because they violated terms of their supervised release by being in the same location on multiple days.
The Spectrum newspaper in St. George reports (http://bit.ly/2avWlXK ) that Seth Jeffs, John Wayman and Preston Barlow denied the allegations through their attorneys during a court appearance Tuesday in St. George, Utah.
