Homeless teen: $184K in donations to be used to create trust

(AP) — A homeless teenager says a decision regarding $184,000 in donations raised for him through a GoFundMe.com account has been made.

Fred Barley said on his Facebook page Monday that his attorney and a lawyer for the Georgia woman who started the page have agreed on establishing a trust that'll cover Barley's living expenses and tuition.
