3 charged in drive-by fatal shootings of 2 men in Ohio

HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) — Authorities say three people arrested in the slayings of two men in a drive-by shooting have been charged with aggravated murder in southwestern Ohio.

Hamilton Municipal Court records show 35-year-old Melinda Gibby, of Lancaster; 22-year-old Zachary Harris, of Columbus; and 21-year-old Tony Patete, of Newark, are each charged with two counts of aggravated murder in the shooting that occurred Wednesday afternoon on a city street.
