Caltrain service back in San Jose after pedestrian struck
Caltrain service was back by 10 a.m. Friday in San Jose after being disrupted when a train traveling northbound struck a pedestrian just south of the Diridon station.
About 300 passengers were aboard the train when it struck the pedestrian, Bartholomew said.
All trains were temporarily stopped between the two stations and authorities set up a temporary VTA bus bridge to transport passengers between the stops, Bartholomew said.
