School board to ask for reconsideration in tuition ruling
CROYDON, N.H. (AP) — The Croydon School Board says it will ask a New Hampshire judge to reconsider his ruling last week that prohibited students from using public money to pay private school tuition.
Judge Brian Tucker ruled that the board wasn't allowed to let parents "unilaterally" reassign their children from the Newport public schools to a private school and use public money to help them do so.
