Prosecutor says Human Services director should be cleared

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A prosecutor has asked a judge to dismiss charges against North Dakota Department of Human Services Director Maggie Anderson and two other agency employees who were accused of impeding an investigation into a drowning death.
