Frostburg State's new president pledging improvements

The university says in a statement that his topics include a response to a June warning from the Middle States Commission on Higher Education that Frostburg State was out of compliance with accreditation standards on institutional assessment and general education.

The university' statement says Nowaczyk will talk about meeting the commission's expectations and enhancing communication.
