Singer Toni Braxton to be honored at Hip-Hop Awards

The private event salutes songwriters, producers and publishers of the past year's top songs in the genres.

Braxton released her self-titled debut in 1993 with the help of L.A. Reid and Babyface, who is expected to attend the awards.
