Judge says too late to dismiss charges in Hattiesburg case

(AP) — A federal judge has denied a motion to dismiss money laundering charges against Hattiesburg pastor Kenneth Fairley Sr.

Lawyer Sanford Knott argued the money laundering charges were flawed because there were no separate acts other than the check deposits of $98,000 alleged in separate counts accusing Fairley of theft of government property.
