Billings man with knives, improvised pipe bomb arrested

The Billings Gazette reports (http://tinyurl.com/hhdkcko ) that the 33-year-old suspect has been jailed on suspicion of felony assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer.

The incident began Tuesday when police responded to a grouping of mobile homes on a report of shots fired.
