Knife-wielding man posted video before police shot him

(AP) — Police in the Northern California town of Lincoln have shot and killed a man who reportedly warned in a video that he wouldn't be stopped and came toward an officer with a knife.

The Sacramento Bee reports (http://bit.ly/2eOD1Ul ) that the man, identified by a friend as Brandon Millard, lived in a homeless camp and posted a profanity-laced Facebook video shortly before the shooting.
