Inmate charged in 1997 deaths of 2 brothers in Chattanooga

(AP) — A 52-year-old man serving time for kidnapping and rape has been indicted in Chattanooga on first-degree murder charges in the deaths of two brothers nearly 20 years ago.

The prosecutor's office said in a news release Johnson is serving 50 years for the kidnapping and rapes of two girls.
