Federal lawsuit: College, frat enabled 2014 gang rape

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — A New Jersey woman is suing a college, a fraternity and some students, saying she was lured into a frat party two years ago and then gang raped by some of its members and other students.

The suit states officials at Ramapo (RAM'-uh-poh) College in Mahwah were "indifferent" while the fraternity Pi Kappa Alpha International held parties on campus that included underage drinking.
